Terry Kraft is currently serving at General Atomics in San Diego as the Senior Vice President of the Energy and Advanced Concepts Division. He leads the company’s efforts to develop innovative energy solutions to meet global needs. Prior to assuming his duties at General Atomics, Terry completed a 34-year career in the United States Navy, retiring as a Rear Admiral in 2015. A career naval flight officer, he flew the A-6 Intruder, EA-6B Prowler and F/A-18 Hornet. His commands included the USS Ronald Reagan, Carrier Strike Group 12, Navy Warfare Development Command and U.S. Naval Forces Japan. He is a published author on topics ranging from innovation to advanced tactics. His wife, Mary, served as a nurse both in the Navy and for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. They both remain active in veterans affairs in the San Diego area and are proud to be associated with PAVE.
